Refund & Cancellation Policy

1Training & Internship Program — Free Participation

All standard Virtual Training & Internship Programs hosted by Trainlyze are open access and free of charge. Candidates may apply, access program curriculum, participate in assigned projects, and submit their work without paying any upfront tuition or enrollment fees.

Because program access and evaluation are free, no standard tuition or application refunds apply to general participation.

2Voluntary Certificate Issuance & Fee Structure (₹99)

Upon successful completion of the internship requirements, candidates have the option to request an official, verifiable Trainlyze Certificate of Internship equipped with a secure Credential ID, downloadable high-resolution PDF, and online verification QR portal.

• Certificate Issuance Fee: A nominal administrative fee of ₹99 (Ninety-Nine Indian Rupees) applies per certificate to cover digital verification hosting, credential authentication, QR link maintenance, and administrative processing.
• Strictly Voluntary Choice: Opting for an official certificate is entirely at the sole discretion of the candidate. There is zero pressure, obligation, or compulsion for any participant to request a certificate.

4How to Submit a Duplicate Payment Refund Request

To claim a refund for an accidental duplicate payment, please follow these steps within 14 days of the transaction:

1. Send an email to info@trainlyze.com.
2. Set the Subject Line to: Duplicate Payment Refund Request - [Your Name].
3. Attach payment proof, transaction IDs, or Razorpay payment receipts showing both charges.

Our finance team will review the claim within 48 business hours and process approved refunds promptly.

5IT Services & Agency Engagements

For corporate clients engaging Trainlyze IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, UI/UX Design, etc.), refund terms are governed by the specific Service Agreement/Statement of Work (SOW) signed prior to project initiation:

• Pre-Initiation Cancellation: If cancelled prior to work initiation, advance payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days (minus non-refundable third-party domain/hosting expenses).
• In-Progress Engagements: Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly; milestone payments for approved deliverables are non-refundable.
