1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Trainlyze website (trainlyze.com) or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or enroll in our programs. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, interns, and client users.
2. Training & Internship Program Access
Participation in standard Trainlyze Virtual Training & Internship Programs is offered at zero cost. Each user may submit one application per training domain per cycle. Trainlyze reserves the right to accept, shortlist, or reject any application based on eligibility and seat availability. Participation in learning modules, project tasks, and peer collaboration is completely free of charge.
3. Voluntary Certification & Fee Policy (₹99)
Upon meeting the completion criteria set by Trainlyze mentors, candidates are eligible to request an official, verifiable Certificate of Internship. • Certification is 100% voluntary and strictly at the candidate's discretion. No candidate is obligated or pressured to request or pay for a certificate to participate in or complete the program. • A nominal administrative & credentialing fee of ₹99 (Ninety-Nine Rupees) applies per certificate to cover digital verification hosting, QR code authentication, downloadable high-res PDF generation, and database maintenance. • Payment of the certificate issuance fee is governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy. Standard fees for issued certificates are non-refundable, except in verified cases of technical duplicate/double payment.
4. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property
Interns and users agree to maintain academic and professional integrity. Submitting plagiarized project work, fraudulent credentials, or inappropriate material will result in immediate disqualification without certification. All course content, platform software, branding, and proprietary tools remain the sole intellectual property of Trainlyze.
5. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (via secure user login). You agree to notify us immediately at info@trainlyze.com of any unauthorized access. Trainlyze is not liable for losses arising from compromised user credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Trainlyze services are provided "as is" without implied warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure continuous access to project portals and credential verification services, Trainlyze shall not be held liable for indirect damages, temporary service disruptions, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under or in connection with Trainlyze services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
